Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.ratpack.ca website (the “Service”) operated by 2374269 Alberta Inc. (operating as) RatPack (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Ratpack.ca. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.
The information contained in this website is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
RatPack.ca reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. RatPack.ca reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (CAD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors
Return Policy and 60 Day Limited Guarantee
RatPack.ca’s 60 day limited guarantee provides either exchange or refund of qualifying merchandise. To determine if the product you wish to purchase qualifies for RatPack.ca’s 60 day limited guarantee or if other coverage applies please review the refund and return terms in the item listing on our website.
All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by RatPack.ca.

REGARDING BUNDLES
Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall RatPack.ca or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, we will then process the order for shipping.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items. Please remember we are humans, working with human hands.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and charges will be applied to all orders placed with us unless a free shipping coupon is applied. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. RatPack has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that RatPack shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind after the 60 day satisfaction guarantee expires, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
