Shipping policy

Overview

Order processing times are separate from shipping times and subject to change based on order volumes. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

In a situation where your order will be significantly delayed due to factors outside of our control (such as postal service interruptions) we will inform you via email or telephone. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping on all Canadian orders as well as free shipping, Canada wide, on orders over $100.

 

Local delivery to Edmonton and Area is free

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for Edmonton and Area (Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort, Saskatchewan, Leduc, Beaumont, Devon) 

Deliveries are made from 8 AM – 5 PM on weekdays and we will try to deliver on weekends if possible. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at packsupport@ratpack.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also send an email through our ‘Contact‘ page.

We currently ship to most addresses within the United States.

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery to addresses in the US usually takes between 5-7 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

We offer flat rate shipping in the US based off of your order size and weight as well as FREE shipping on US orders over $150.

Shipping Method

We primarily use USPS for shipping to ensure reliable delivery of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee (subject to conditions) please visit our ‘Refund and Returnspage for full policy details and eligibility

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at packsupport@ratpack.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
