Will RATPACK sleeves fit on other brands of water bottles?

Our sleeves are designed to fit our specific brand of water bottles optimally. While they may fit some other brands, we recommend using them with our bottles to ensure the best fit and functionality. However, our sleeves that are sold individually have an inside diameter of 3.5 inches and theoretically they will fit a bottle that is 3.5 inches in diameter. Please ensure to check the dimensions of the specific bottle you would like to use our sleeve on to ensure compatibility.

Can I put hot liquids in the bottles?

Stainless Steel RATPACK Bottles:

Yes, you can! With the double-wall technology, the stainless steel bottle is designed to safely contain hot liquids, and it will even keep them hot for up to 12 hours. Enjoy your favourite hot beverages on the go!

Plastic RATPACK Bottles:

No, our plastic water bottle is NOT designed for hot liquids.

Can I put cold liquids in the bottles?

Stainless Steel RATPACK Bottles:

Yes, you can! With the double-wall technology, the stainless steel bottle is designed to safely contain cold liquids. It will keep them refreshing and cold for up to 24 hours.

Plastic RATPACK Bottles:

Yes, you can! Our plastic bottles are designed for Cold liquids ONLY and with the included Neoprene sleeve, it will keep liquids refreshing and cold for up to 5 hours.

How long will ratpacks keep my liquid cold and/or hot?

How did you come up with the idea of RATPACK?

When our founder, Jen, was at the gym and constantly had to deal with her belongings scattered on the gym floor and having to gather her cell phone, keys, earbuds when moving from station to station. She envisioned a more organized way to keep her daily necessities like her cell phone, wallet, keys, and any other little accessories together, especially with her water bottle. This inspired the idea of creating a product that provides a practical and stylish solution for active individuals, ultimately leading to the birth of RATPACK.

How did you come up with name RATPACK?

The name “RATPACK” is a playful fusion of ”Gym Rat”, reflecting an active lifestyle, and “Pack” symbolizing a convenient solution to keep all of our daily necessities together as well as describing a close community of like-minded people. It captures the essence of an active person and emphasizing practicality in one’s daily routine.

No, we primarily operate online through our website. However, you can find us at various events and markets throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area. No, our water bottles are not designed to be washed in the dishwasher. To ensure the longevity of the bottle, it is recommended to hand wash with soap and warm water only.

Are RATPACK bottles Microwave safe?

No, our water bottles are not designed to be used in the microwave. Microwaving them can cause damage to both the microwave and the bottle.

Are RATPACK bottles freezer safe?

No, our water bottles are not designed to be frozen. We advise instead of freezing the entire bottle, you can use ice cubes to keep your liquids cold and icy. This ensures the longevity of the bottle and prevents any potential damage that may result from freezing the entire bottle.

Are RATPACK sleeves machine washable?

No, our sleeves are not intended to be machine washable. To clean them, its recommended to hand wash with mild soap and water and avoid using any harsh chemicals that could damage the Neoprene.

Are RATPACK bottles BPA-free?

Yes, our water bottles are 100% BPA-free. We prioritize the safety and health of our customers by using materials that adhere to high-quality standards.

How do I clean RATPACK bottles?
